Microsoft Office Sharepoint Designer 2013 64 Bit Free Download
SharePoint Server 2019 is the latest on-premises version of SharePoint. Previous versions include SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2007. SharePoint Server 2019 is compatible will all major browsers and is supported on the latest generation of Windows and SQL Server products.
Given the situation, I suggest you install the SharePoint Designer 2013 update firstly: support.microsoft.com/.../3114337, then follow the steps below to clear the SharePoint Designer cache:
1. Start SharePoint Designer 2013, and then connect to your SharePoint site. If the issue persists, go to the next step.
2. On the local computer, browse to the following folder:
C:Users<username>AppDataLocalMicrosoftWebsiteCache
Note To locate some of the files and folders, you may have to configure File Explorer or Windows Explorer to show hidden files, folders, and drives. To do this, Open File Explorer, tap or click the View tab, and then select Hidden items.
3. Delete all the files and folders that are present.
4. On the local computer, browse to the following folder:

C:Users<username>AppDataRoamingMicrosoftSharePoint DesignerProxyAssemblyCache
5. Delete all the files and folders that are present.
6. On the local computer, browse to the following folder:
C:Users<username>AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWeb Server ExtensionsCache
7. Delete all the files and folders that are present.
8. Start SharePoint Designer 2013 again and check the result.
