I'm having some problems with my IdeaPad Y580 (which I received directly from Lenovo as a replacement for a broken computer) and I was trying to find the serial number to have it ready for customer service, but the sticker on the bottom of my computer that should have my serial # isn't there.
I think I have the original box lying around somewhere but if I can't find it, is there a way to look up the serial number directly on the computer? I tried glancing at Control Panel - System but it's not there.
